Account Deletion Request

WallPalet allows all users to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To delete your WallPalet account, please email your request directly to our support team:

⚠️ Please ensure you send the request from the exact same Google account that you used to sign in to WallPalet.

Data that will be deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the following elements from our active datastores:

• Google account ID
• Email address
• Saved favorite wallpapers list
• Personal profile preferences linked to your account

This data cannot be recovered after deletion has completed.

Data that may be retained

For security, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes, the following anonymized data telemetry may remain within our systems:

• Crash analytics logs
• Usage analytics counters
• Ads analytics data

This retained structural information is fully stripped of tracking IDs and cannot be used to identify you in any form.

Response time

Your account and associated personal data will be completely deleted within 72 hours of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation response email once the deletion process is complete.

Important

Please note the following system behaviors after account termination takes place:

• You will no longer be able to sign in using Google Sign-In with that account profile.
• All saved configuration metrics and curated favorite wallpaper galleries will be permanently removed.
