HeartSpot provides interactive relationship features including streaks, memories, reactions, and shared couple activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate any code of conduct or engage in fraudulent activities.
All software, user interface design, logos, graphics, features, and text elements provided within the HeartSpot application are the exclusive property of the app developers and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The application may display advertisements (such as Google AdMob) to support our free services. These ads may lead to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by HeartSpot. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or business practices of any third-party websites or ad providers.
HeartSpot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will function completely uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. We are not responsible for any technical loss of relationship streaks, saved memories, or data resulting from service updates, crashes, or server outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeartSpot and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
You can stop using the app at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your account and clear all your shared relationship data from our database, you may send a deletion request to: support@ydvstudios.com
Upon verifying your request, your account records and linked shared assets will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted inside the application or updated on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
