Last Updated: June 2026 | App: HeartSpot — Relationship & Couple App
HeartSpot is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe, trustworthy environment for all users across our community platforms.
Our Standards
We execute zero-tolerance operational mandates against predatory behaviors. To preserve structural ecosystem integrity, the following foundational codes apply:
- HeartSpot strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any content configuration that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
- Any user found engaging in activities involving child sexual abuse or exploitation will have their account permanently suspended, blocked, or completely removed from our networks.
- HeartSpot complies explicitly with applicable global child safety laws and fully cooperates with relevant law enforcement authorities and international protection organizations when legally required.
- Users may report inappropriate content, digital abuse indicators, or safety concerns directly through our dedicated support channels.
- All submitted safety metrics and user reports are immediately reviewed, and appropriate action is executed against accounts that violate our safety baselines.
- HeartSpot is strictly intended for mature users and does not knowingly facilitate harmful interactions, connections, or data synchronization channels involving minors.
