By using Aquaholic, you agree to these terms:

1. AI Diagnostic Disclaimer

Aquaholic provides AI-powered diagnostics for informational purposes ONLY. The AI is NOT a professional veterinarian. We are NOT responsible for livestock loss, plant death, or property damage resulting from AI suggestions. Users acknowledge that data is processed via Google Gemini AI. Use at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions

Payments are handled via Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your Play Store settings.
Usage limits (Chats/Scans) are enforced per your active 30-day billing cycle.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a license to process it to provide app features (e.g., AI analysis).

4. Prohibited Acts

You may not attempt to bypass subscription limits, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for illegal activities.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquaholic/YDV Studios shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
