Aquaholic is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our data practices.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email, name, and profile picture via Google Sign-In.
Ecosystem Data: Aquarium specifications, livestock inventory, and journal logs.
Media: Images uploaded for AI analysis or logs (stored on Firebase).
Usage Data: Feature interaction counts to manage subscription quotas.
Telemetry & Diagnostics: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics (via Firebase Crashlytics & Performance).

2. How We Use Data

To provide AI diagnostics and tank management features.
To enforce subscription tier limits.
To monitor and improve app stability and performance.
To serve ads via Google AdMob (which may use device IDs).
To facilitate in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize Google Firebase (Data & Telemetry), Google Gemini (AI), Google AdMob (Ads), and Google Play Billing (Payments). Each provider processes data per their own privacy terms.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption via Google Cloud infrastructure. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You may delete your tank data within the app. For full account deletion, contact support@ydvstudios.com.
